Product Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implementing new products operationally following their approval.

• Conducting forecasting and demand planning for core products and launches.

• Preparing reorders in collaboration with the Co-Founder & Brand.

• Ensuring the availability of products.

• Managing inventory levels, stock coverage, and capital investment.

• Guaranteeing readiness for operational launches.

• Overseeing the operational management of current manufacturers and suppliers.

• Ensuring delivery capabilities, quality standards, and timelines.

• Managing lead times, minimum order quantities, and production planning.

• Handling escalation issues related to delays or quality concerns.

• Building and enhancing the central Product Operations system.

• Maintaining and improving ERP, dashboard, and KPI systems.

• Identifying and executing automation opportunities.

• Developing and automating workflows with a focus on AI-supported processes.

• Minimizing manual tasks through systems and AI agents.

• Providing transparency regarding inventory, forecasts, product availability, and risks.

• Preparing monthly Product Operations reports.

• Establishing a reliable data foundation for operational decision-making.

• Several years of experience in operations, product operations, or similar roles.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

• Capability to navigate unstructured environments.

• Strong understanding of processes.

• Hands-on approach to tasks.

• High level of personal responsibility and ownership.

• Affinity for AI tools and automation, actively utilized in daily tasks.

• Experience with inventory management or ERP systems (a plus).

• Background in Amazon or e-commerce (a plus).

• Proficiency in Notion (a plus).

• Skills in forecasting and data analysis (a plus).
