Product Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development and strategic direction for operations within Product & Engineering, which includes establishing performance objectives, monitoring results, and steering strategic initiatives.

• Coordinate the company’s roadmapping process, incorporating intake mechanisms, roadmapping activities, management of cross-team dependencies, alignment with OKRs, and distribution of roadmap content.

• Administer the Solution Development Lifecycle for essential solutions, covering launches, tracking experiments, and ensuring the quality of documentation.

• Act as the primary contact for the product team regarding company-wide initiatives such as onboarding, knowledge management, and employee development and growth.

• Lead and facilitate strategic meetings among Product, Engineering, and cross-functional leadership teams.

• Assist in the preparation of Product materials for quarterly board meetings.

• Identify and enhance processes that are bottlenecked to streamline operations and boost team efficiency.

• Comprehensive understanding of the complete lifecycle involved in building and deploying enterprise SaaS products and solutions.

• Strong operational capabilities, including the ability to measure and consistently report on key metrics for insights and informed decision-making.

• Highly adaptable with exceptional critical-thinking abilities.

• Proficient in evolving processes, addressing bottlenecks, and responding effectively to operational challenges.

• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong professional demeanor when interacting with customers, partners, and C-Suite executives.

• Willingness to contribute and assist the team when needed.

• Preferred qualifications: experience in product management, project management certification, and familiarity with healthcare technology.
