This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Prioritize, refine, and arrange the product backlog in collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Transform high-level roadmap elements into actionable delivery milestones and value segments.
• Validate newly developed functionalities against requirements and anticipated system behavior prior to release.
• Assess QA findings to identify system defects, gaps in requirements, or usability issues.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing and compile feedback from business users and clients.
• Monitor delivery timelines, release readiness, risks, obstacles, and outstanding functional decisions.
• Provide updates on delivery status and assist in internal or executive presentations regarding release progress and trade-offs.
• Prepare customer-facing release notes, documentation, and communications about feature limitations for go-to-market strategies.
• Facilitate communication across product, engineering, QA, customer success, operations, and leadership teams.
• Ensure that requirements and release packages comply with GxP standards, validation, and audit-readiness criteria.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Quality teams to streamline compliance processes through automation.
• Monitor adoption metrics, usage statistics, and product KPIs to guide feature prioritization.
• 2–4 years of experience in Agile software development environments as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar capacity.
• Strong grasp of SQL, APIs, and JSON.
• Experience utilizing LLMs in daily operations.
• Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare workflow settings.
• Direct knowledge of GxP compliance guidelines and validated software environments is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to write well-structured user stories, non-functional requirements, validation rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of managing backlogs, resolving daily development obstacles, and validating technical deliverables.
• Ability to adhere to organizational security and privacy policies as a condition of employment.
