This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Operate, conduct stress tests, and perform quality checks on innovative AI tools and LLM-based systems.
• Reproduce edge cases, capture logs and screenshots, document clear reproduction steps, and manage tickets in Shortcut (Clubhouse).
• Validate solutions and execute smoke and regression tests prior to and following deployments.
• Deliver structured, actionable insights to the Head of Engineering as well as product and engineering teams.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from assistants and users to create prioritized improvement plans.
• Evaluate internal software and suggest data-driven enhancements for workflows and user experience.
• Assess broken workflows, identify potential failure points, and work alongside engineers to determine root causes.
• Compile deployment updates and verify that production changes function as intended.
• Develop streamlined test plans for unclear features and monitor outcomes until resolved.
• Organize and manage the Head of Engineering’s task list while ensuring follow-through across a team of over 30 members.
• Maintain and optimize work queues while highlighting priorities.
• Utilize AI tools for calendar management and coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
• Establish scalable processes, enhance task flows and handoffs, and minimize recurring failure modes.
• Utilize AI productivity tools to automate routine procedures and boost throughput.
• A demonstrated technical mindset with strong proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, LLM workflows) or a background in programming.
• Verified experience in product operations, QA/testing, technical support, or a similar position working closely with engineers.
• Exceptional written communication skills for creating clear and structured bug reports and product feedback.
• Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal standard operating procedures.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (may shift slightly earlier after 3–4 weeks).
• A computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor or better.
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS.
• A headset with a noise-canceling mic and a webcam.
• A backup computer and internet connection.
• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
• Proficiency in AI tools, systems thinking, test design and execution, QA methodologies, debugging mindset, and clear documentation; familiarity with Shortcut (Clubhouse), GSuite, Slack, experimental internal tools, and messaging tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage work queues, design streamlined processes, consolidate deployment updates, and handle calendars using AI tools.
• A proactive ownership mindset, high attention to detail, resilience in the face of technical issues, curiosity, candid constructive feedback, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with engineers.
