Product Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy and execution of comprehensive onboarding for veterinary clinics utilizing Vetcove's platform.

• Supervise and mentor a team of more than 5 Onboarding Specialists.

• Act as the primary contact for clinic partnerships throughout the implementation process.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Support teams.

• Develop systems and processes that enable the onboarding team to scale effectively.

• Lead, coach, and cultivate the team's skills while ensuring accountability and adherence to client delivery standards.

• Take ownership of the implementation strategy and lifecycle, from project planning to go-live execution.

• Serve as the escalation point and liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams.

• Establish project goals, success metrics, and delivery standards.

• Assist clinics in transitioning their existing workflows onto a new platform.

• Create and enhance project management processes, templates, and tools.

• Manage the delivery of training and resolve issues related to configuration, data imports, and integrations.

• Ensure consistent communication at the executive level with internal stakeholders and client leadership.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape implementation workflows and advocate for the needs of clients and the team.

• Travel to client locations when necessary to support critical go-lives and ensure successful deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 4 years managing complex software implementation projects, ideally in a SaaS or tech-enabled services setting.

• At least 2 years of experience in a people management position.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage team workload across multiple simultaneous client engagements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.

• Proficiency in project management tools is essential.

• Experience in constructing scalable processes, timelines, and reporting frameworks.

• Willingness to travel to client sites as required, up to 10–15% of the time.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
