This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop positioning and messaging for TED@Work offerings.
• Create content and collateral aimed at sales, including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battle cards, case studies, and materials for customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team on enablement initiatives, encompassing launch readiness, ongoing training on new positioning, and ad hoc support for strategic deals.
• Assist marketing efforts with messaging and content directly linked to pipeline and revenue, such as campaign narratives and website content that enhances conversion rates.
• Coordinate between sales and marketing for launch planning, campaigns, and feedback mechanisms that connect field insights with marketing strategy.
• Monitor competitive intelligence and convert it into actionable content for the sales team.
• Support both sales and marketing in cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between Sales and Marketing teams to facilitate the expansion, adoption, and retention of TED@Work offerings.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B product marketing, sales enablement, go-to-market strategies, or a closely related field.
• Excellent writing, messaging, and positioning capabilities.
• Proven experience in supporting a sales team, with tangible examples of materials, tools, or content you have developed.
• Ability to work comfortably across various functions, including direct collaboration with sales teams, marketing leaders, and product stakeholders.
• Capability to take a strategic brief and deliver high-quality execution.
• A commercial mindset, focusing on pipeline impact and revenue contributions instead of merely marketing activities.
• Experience in marketing or selling to enterprise B2B buyers, particularly within HR, learning and development, or talent leadership audiences.
• Familiarity with sales tools and processes, including CRM platforms like Salesforce, sales engagement tools like Apollo, and pipeline management practices.
• Experience in competitive intelligence and the development of battle cards.
• Background in education, learning, HR technology, or mission-driven organizations.
