This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Take ownership of the positioning and messaging aimed at the global supplier audience, which includes factories, manufacturers, and vendors engaging with Worldly for assessments.
• Enhance the supplier purchasing and onboarding process to minimize friction and boost supplier discovery, purchases, and completion of initial assessments.
• Convey the advantages of Worldly’s assessments, reduced repeat audits, and access to over 350 buyers.
• Tailor and localize global messaging for key supplier markets in East and Southeast Asia.
• Create supplier content and enablement materials, such as onboarding emails, success stories, assessment guidance, in-product copy, and partner resources, leveraging AI-assisted workflows.
• Collect supplier and regional insights to inform positioning, buyer intelligence, and the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Regional Supplier Engagement, Lifecycle, Demand Generation, Growth, and Product teams across various functions and time zones.
• Assist with regional association and partner co-marketing efforts alongside industry organizations.
• At least 6 years of experience in product marketing or a similar go-to-market role within B2B SaaS, B2B ecommerce, or a comparable industry.
• Familiarity with consumer goods supply chains and manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated success in directly driving revenue and ecommerce sales through marketing initiatives aimed at business customers.
• Experience serving as a strategic voice for the customer during product development cycles, influencing roadmap priorities, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies.
• Proficiency in English along with at least one relevant regional language.
• Excellent writing and editing capabilities in both English and one additional regional language.
• Skill in making technical, regulatory, or data-intensive content clear, practical, and accessible.
• Comfortable analyzing, questioning, and interpreting data.
• Familiarity with AI tools or a strong willingness to learn AI-assisted workflows for research, drafting, and enablement processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different functions, cultures, and time zones.
• Experience in localization or multi-market marketing is advantageous.
• Background in ecommerce or self-serve purchasing is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
• Legally eligible to work in one of the specified locations.
• Willing to sign a full-time employment contract through Deel, the global Employer of Record.
