Product Marketing Manager – SMB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +30 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product marketing for HotSchedules within the US SMB sector.

• Create product positioning, competitive strategies, and sales-oriented content.

• Produce short demonstration videos, materials for addressing objections, and competitive one-pagers tailored for a sales cycle averaging under 30 days.

• Ensure that sales representatives utilize the developed materials during live sales opportunities.

• Listen to sales calls and collect insights from sales representatives.

• Deliver messaging, value propositions, competitive insights, and proof points for SMB inbound marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with the digital marketing team, which manages channels and campaigns.

• Formulate clear competitive strategies against both established and emerging rivals.

• Validate the success of competitive strategies by enhancing win rates.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of restaurant operators, their requirements, and the product itself.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the SMB or high-velocity B2B SaaS environment.

• Proven expertise in competitive marketing; experience in developing strategies that positively impacted win rates.

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce content swiftly.

• Comfortable engaging closely with sales teams, including participating in calls and discussions with representatives.

• Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or multi-location retail sectors is highly advantageous.

• A genuine curiosity about the operational aspects of restaurants is essential.

• Capability to comprehend the buyer's journey and the product in detail.
