This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take full ownership of Trintech's Analyst Relations program, encompassing briefings, inquiries, vendor profile submissions, and maintaining ongoing relationships with firms that focus on the financial close and reconciliation market.
• Collaborate on market and competitive research to monitor competitor positioning, pricing strategies, and messaging.
• Manage Trintech's competitive intelligence library and battlecards effectively.
• Analyze and synthesize findings from analysts and competitors into insights that shape product messaging, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Act as Trintech's representative during analyst engagements.
• Design and implement middle-of-funnel programs that help current customers gain a deeper understanding of the Trintech AI Platform.
• Create customer-facing content and campaigns, including webinars, feature highlights, customer newsletters, and in-app messaging.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support to identify gaps in product understanding and address them with targeted marketing materials.
• Maintain a customer content calendar alongside the Customer Marketing team.
• Work with Product teams on releases and effectively communicate the value of releases through relatable customer stories.
• Develop release notes, in-product messaging, and other customer-facing launch content.
• Support the Product Marketing team's launch operating model.
• Equip Customer Success, Support, and other customer-facing teams with product messaging, positioning, and relevant content.
• Create training materials, FAQs, and discussion outlines.
• Collaborate with sales enablement initiatives to ensure consistent messaging for both customer-facing and prospect-facing interactions.
• Work closely with Product, Product Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing across various customer touchpoints.
• Incorporate customer feedback into product and messaging discussions.
• Share insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer perspectives based solely on direct research, customer interactions, or data analysis.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in managing analyst relationships or overseeing an Analyst Relations program.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities, capable of translating market and competitive data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to convey complex product functionalities into relatable stories for customers.
• Proven experience in developing customer education content, including webinars, newsletters, or in-app messaging.
• Experience collaborating with Product teams during launches and transforming releases into valuable customer-oriented narratives.
• Background in enabling customer-facing teams such as Customer Success, Support, or Sales.
• Familiarity with finance and accounting software, the financial close process, or reconciliation is advantageous.
• Strong organizational abilities, with a knack for managing multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
