This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Strategize and execute launches for new products, features, and releases, ensuring a seamless cross-functional implementation.
β’ Create marketing initiatives, including activities and budgets aimed at retaining existing customers and attracting new ones.
β’ Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to develop effective demand-generation campaigns.
β’ Evaluate program performance, identifying successes and areas for improvement, and communicate necessary adjustments.
β’ Craft positioning, messaging, and content tailored for target buyer personas in partnership with product management and marketing communications.
β’ Articulate how products address buyer challenges using market insights.
β’ Advocate for products externally through speaking engagements and written contributions.
β’ Conduct research on buyers, their purchasing behavior, and decision-making criteria.
β’ Examine the competitive landscape and assess competitor positioning.
β’ Outline buyer journeys and leverage insights to enhance sales and marketing efforts.
β’ Provide training for sales channels and develop internal tools and external marketing materials.
β’ Transform positioning and messaging into resources for marketing, partner, and sales teams.
β’ Utilize AI tools for market and competitor research, messaging testing, and the creation of launch and enablement resources.
β’ Establish repeatable AI workflows, prompts, templates, and agents for marketing and sales teams.
β’ Manage products comprehensively while collaborating closely with product managers, partners, sales, and the broader team.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of product marketing experience in B2B, including product launches, positioning, and messaging.
β’ Experience in sales enablement, including training sales personnel and creating battlecards and collateral.
β’ Practical experience with AI tools in daily tasks or a strong willingness to learn them rapidly.
β’ Background in collaborating with product teams to shape product strategy.
β’ Ability to work effectively with technical teams and convey the value of technical products to buyers.
β’ Proficient quantitative analytical abilities.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
β’ Customer-focused mindset, with experience in direct customer interactions.
β’ Diplomatic skills when working with cross-functional partners.
β’ Ability to work independently within a small, entrepreneurial team environment.
β’ Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and priorities.
β’ Experience in developing AI workflows or automations for marketing or sales teams is a plus.
β’ Must possess authorization to work in Canada.
