This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of product marketing at Oversee by identifying new buyers for current products through market analysis and refined ICP definition.
• Develop the go-to-market strategy based on evidence demonstrating product-market fit.
• Manage positioning, persona and segment messaging, along with competitive insights and product language across marketing and product platforms.
• Enhance and construct the positioning and messaging framework.
• Oversee ICP, persona, and segment messaging across corporate, leisure, and partnerships.
• Ensure consistent product messaging across all markets and verticals.
• Conduct competitive tracking across reshop and agentic AI for travel operations, corporate, and leisure sectors.
• Implement an ongoing win/loss research program.
• Perform buyer research and create market studies with recommendations on segment alignment.
• Produce product pages, one-pagers, launch materials, product-led blog content, and technical explainers.
• Write and revise campaign copy in collaboration with Growth Marketing.
• Maintain a consistent content cadence and strategy.
• Facilitate onboarding for new sales representatives on positioning and keep the existing team updated.
• Regularly participate in sales calls to identify successful strategies.
• Establish and manage a repeatable, tiered launch process from start to finish.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive launches.
• Evaluate launches and conduct post-launch retrospectives.
• Report to the Marketing Director and closely collaborate with product, sales, and the executive team.
• Over 7 years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS, travel technology, or a similar technical B2B setting.
• Proven history of managing positioning and messaging comprehensively, including the foundational research.
• Exceptional writing skills for product pages, battlecards, launch materials, and technical explainers.
• Daily utilization of AI tools as an essential part of your work; this is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Comfortable operating in a category-creation environment without an established playbook.
• Experience collaborating directly with sales teams, including participating in calls, developing sales materials, and closing the feedback loop on effective strategies.
• Ability to articulate a technical product's value clearly to a commercial buyer.
• Self-motivated with the ability to sequence and deliver work independently.
• Native English speaker.
• Located in the UK.
• Experience with marketing to travel agencies, TMCs, OTAs, or tour operators is a significant advantage.
• Experience in marketing AI or agentic products is a notable plus.
