This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and enhance Feathery’s core messaging, positioning, and value propositions within the insurance and wealth management sectors.
• Spearhead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches and feature introductions, overseeing everything from narrative development and positioning to enablement and execution.
• Simplify intricate product features into clear and persuasive messaging tailored for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to introduce new capabilities and use cases to the market.
• Create customer-focused materials including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, product pages, and other go-to-market assets.
• Work alongside Sales and Customer Success to develop enablement strategies that facilitate winning competitive deals, reducing deal cycles, and expanding account reach.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market trend evaluations, and buyer insights investigations to enhance Feathery’s competitive differentiation.
• Ensure that internal teams are updated and aligned on the latest product developments, positioning, and go-to-market priorities.
• Advocate for customer research and voice-of-customer initiatives to refine messaging and uncover new opportunities.
• Create customer narratives and case studies that showcase Feathery’s impact.
• Collaborate with Product teams to guide roadmap priorities based on customer insights, usage trends, and field feedback.
• Recognize emerging customer needs, use cases, and market opportunities within the realms of insurance and wealth management.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, including responsibility for product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Demonstrated success in positioning technical or workflow automation solutions for enterprise clients.
• Outstanding storytelling and communication abilities—capable of transforming complex technology into engaging narratives.
• Experience in developing sales enablement and competitive intelligence initiatives.
• Strong ability to collaborate across multiple functions including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• A profound curiosity about customers and their processes for evaluating and purchasing technology.
• Capability to function both strategically and tactically in a dynamic environment.
• Background in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or other regulated sectors.
• Technical knowledge or familiarity with APIs, workflow automation, or data platforms.
• Experience with AI-driven products.
• Previous involvement in fast-paced B2B SaaS growth environments.
