This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for key athenaOne initiatives.
• Convert business objectives, customer requirements, and market opportunities into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to facilitate effective cross-functional GTM execution.
• Align stakeholders on goals, timelines, messaging, and roles.
• Support a continuous athenaOne GTM strategy that fosters ongoing market awareness and demand.
• Transform strategic direction and ambiguous business challenges into organized plans, recommendations, and actions.
• Create messaging, sales presentations, one-pagers, and essential collateral.
• Weave together product narratives from Clinicals, Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Engagement, Platform, and other product domains into a unified athenaOne story.
• Keep abreast of product innovations within the athenaOne portfolio.
• Ensure portfolio messaging and GTM strategies reflect priority features and capabilities.
• Partner with Sales Enablement and marketing teams to produce commercial resources and initiatives.
• Work alongside Customer Advocacy and CSM teams to craft year-one customer and boomerang narratives.
• Analyze seller feedback, customer and prospect discussions, win/loss insights, competitive intelligence, and commercial performance metrics.
• Conduct focused research and analysis throughout the buyer journey.
• Create feedback loops with Sales and commercial stakeholders.
• Assist in regular commercial performance evaluations and retrospectives.
• Implement triannual release messaging updates across market-facing channels and sales materials.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in product marketing.
• Background in healthcare technology.
• Proven experience in developing and executing GTM strategies for intricate B2B products, platforms, or portfolios.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling abilities.
• Capability to distill complex products and concepts into clear, persuasive messaging.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to independently advance complex, cross-functional projects.
• Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Capacity to influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and other groups.
• Skill in synthesizing customer, market, competitive, and commercial insights into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and sound judgment.
• Proven history of posing insightful questions and translating ambiguous directives into concrete results.
