Product Marketing Manager – Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of marketing for designated product lines, encompassing positioning, sales messaging, product launches, and competitive strategies.

• Formulate positioning and messaging for Agentic CX assurance.

• Lead the go-to-market strategy for agentic AI releases, which includes launch tiering, enablement, content creation, analyst and press briefings, along with post-launch performance measurement against pipeline goals.

• Monitor competitive vendors and offer sales guidance regarding Cyara’s strengths and weaknesses.

• Develop sales enablement materials such as pitches, discovery questions, objection handling strategies, and demo narratives.

• Engage in sales calls to enhance messaging effectiveness.

• Produce solution briefs, analyst submissions, webinars, launch blog posts, and conference presentations related to agentic AI assurance, LLM risk, and AI governance in CX.

• Collaborate on a daily basis with teams in Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or AI product marketing.

• Proven track record of successfully launching products that significantly impacted pipeline, evidenced by measurable outcomes.

• Excellent writing and presentation abilities; samples are required.

• Comfortable working with technical buyers and product development teams.

• Experience in selling to enterprise accounts via a sales-led approach with lengthy sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.

• Experience in AI-native or agentic AI startups is a plus.

• Background in CX or contact centers, including knowledge of conversational AI, NLU, or contact center operations is a bonus.

• Familiarity with QA, testing, observability, or monitoring categories is an added advantage.
