This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Create distinct and compelling positioning and messaging for BlinkOps products, features, and use cases.
• Formulate messaging frameworks and foundational narratives for marketing, sales, product, and customer interaction channels.
• Collaborate with Product Management to strategize and implement go-to-market plans for new products, features, and capabilities.
• Develop and manage sales resources such as pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, product overviews, and other customer-oriented materials.
• Engage directly with GTM teams to identify objections, gaps, and customer insights to refine messaging and enablement.
• Gain insights into competitors, emerging trends, and the evolving needs of customers.
• Oversee competitive intelligence and convert market insights into effective positioning, messaging, and sales support.
• Cultivate an understanding of customers, their challenges, purchasing processes, and pain points.
• Utilize customer feedback, win/loss analysis, market research, and performance metrics to enhance strategies.
• Direct the analyst engagement strategy.
• Monitor key industry reports and ensure Blink’s representation in them.
• 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a security company.
• Background in a rapidly growing SaaS startup environment.
• Proven track record in developing positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong grasp of enterprise B2B purchasing behaviors and effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas into engaging content.
• Proven capacity to independently manage multiple projects from strategy development through to execution.
• An AI-first analytical mindset, characterized by curiosity, and the ability to leverage customer, market, competitive, and business data for decision-making.
• A strong inclination towards action and a readiness to build, test, learn, and iterate within a dynamic environment.
