This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Lead the vision, strategy, and implementation of Sensiba's Workspace delivery platform.
• Create, manage, and communicate product roadmaps, priorities, and strategic goals.
• Recognize business opportunities, user requirements, innovation areas, and avenues for product growth.
• Direct organized product discovery efforts with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect and integrate qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Test ideas and validate assumptions in collaboration with product engineers and business stakeholders.
• Convert business needs and customer insights into actionable product specifications.
• Coordinate efforts among product teams and essential business stakeholders.
• Convey product initiatives, timelines, releases, and roadmap priorities effectively.
• Foster alignment among practitioners, service line leaders, partners, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Develop product communications, enablement materials, and training content to facilitate adoption.
• Oversee the intake, prioritization, and triage of product requests, enhancements, and support needs.
• Collaborate with engineering throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Assist in release planning, launch coordination, and post-launch adoption processes.
• Define and track product success metrics including adoption, engagement, utilization, and business impact.
• Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to guide prioritization.
• Establish reporting and measurement frameworks across service lines.
• Enhance product processes, workflows, and operating models.
• Utilize AI tools and agents for product planning, research, communication, and operations.
• Identify workflow automation and AI-driven process opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve AI-enhanced product experiences and agent capabilities.
• Maintain quality, governance, and review standards for outputs generated by AI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Product Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of product management experience with technical products or software platforms.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B software environments.
• Proven track record of managing products from conception to delivery and adoption.
• Preferred experience in supporting professional services, accounting, audit, financial services, compliance, or regulated industries.
• Experience in startup, high-growth, or rapidly evolving settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled products, automation tools, and agent-based workflows is preferred.
• Strong skills in product discovery, research, and customer interviewing.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into product solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence effectively.
• Experience in defining, monitoring, and utilizing product metrics to inform decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities at once.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
• Understanding of user experience, workflow design, and product quality principles.
• Capacity to operate independently while collaborating efficiently within cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, privacy, and audit considerations in software products.
