Product Manager – Web

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Initiate and cultivate the AI Remodel web version from the ground up, progressing from MVP to launch and ongoing enhancements.

• Collaborate with an SEO specialist to establish a product strategy prioritizing SEO, encompassing semantics, landing-page architecture, programmatic SEO, and technical SEO.

• Transpose essential iOS/Android features to the web while uncovering new opportunities through data insights and competitive analysis.

• Develop the product backlog and roadmap, prioritize assignments, and oversee development and design coordination.

• Engage with product analytics and growth hypotheses, focusing on funnels, A/B testing, retention, conversion, and monetization.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Development, Marketing, SEO, and Analytics.

• Analyze the market and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and explore new avenues for growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Product Management with a focus on developing a B2C web product.

• Knowledge of product monetization strategies, including paywalls and onboarding procedures.

• A robust data-driven mindset with experience in product metrics and funnel analysis.

• Proven ability to work autonomously through the entire process, from hypothesis development and prioritization to task definition and execution.

• Readiness to engage hands-on, attend to details, collaborate with the team, resolve obstacles, and achieve results.

• Genuine interest in AI, along with a willingness to utilize AI tools for work optimization.

• Practical knowledge of SEO as a growth mechanism and experience in driving organic traffic (preferred).

• Background in launching new features and cross-departmental collaboration (preferred).

• Experience in developing products that integrate web and mobile platforms simultaneously (preferred).
