This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take ownership of the no-code configuration layer for the Actirise solution.
• Determine which configuration flows will be self-serve versus internally managed, and create the governing framework.
• Manage the roadmap for the tagging plan, enabling publishers to activate and control ad formats without needing developer support.
• Streamline configuration paths to minimize friction, reduce support tickets, and enhance self-serve adoption.
• Oversee the player template configuration experience, allowing publisher customization without the need for engineering assistance.
• Design and enhance video catalog management tools, including uploading, organizing, and managing metadata.
• Control the CMP/Paywall template configuration layer.
• Ensure uniform consent and paywall template configurations across different surfaces.
• Maintain coherent configuration experiences across back-office, client-facing platforms, native platforms, and WordPress plugins.
• Implement the design system across configuration UI patterns.
• Establish and uphold clean data contracts and ACLs for configuration actions.
• Ensure that every UI capability can also be executed by an AI agent.
• Review configuration flows for parity between human and agent execution and prioritize closing capability gaps.
• Work alongside the Sparteo Account squad to improve the time-to-activation journey.
• Collaborate with PM Engagement on shared UI/UX and compliance boundaries.
• Partner with Tech/Engineering to deliver reliable, fast, and scalable configuration tools.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably with self-serve platforms, admin/back-office tools, or no-code/configuration products.
• Strong ability to simplify complex configuration flows into intuitive, guided experiences.
• Comfortable collaborating with design systems.
• Familiarity with API-first design and WordPress plugin environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams; coding skills are not necessary.
• Capability to design frameworks for self-serve versus managed functionality, including establishing guardrails, permissions, and cross-surface consistency.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams.
• Possess an agentic mindset: create capabilities for both human UI and agent-executable actions.
• Understanding of agent tool-calling patterns and the ability to define clean, well-scoped tool interfaces.
• Knowledge of ad format activation, video players, or CMP/consent tools is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strategic, AI-native approach to breaking down business complexity into operational blueprints.
• Strong analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding and application of the 80-20 (Pareto) principle.
