Product Manager, Trading Systems – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Define the product vision and roadmap for backend trading systems.

• Enhance core systems including the matching engine, risk engines, and pricing models for derivative products such as Futures, Margin, Options, and Event Contracts.

• Collaborate with trading engineering teams to transform intricate trading requirements into technical solutions.

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from planning through to release and subsequent feature launches.

• Track backend performance and resolve issues proactively to prevent user impact.

• Ensure systems adhere to standards, regulations, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Product experience is advantageous but not essential.

• Profound understanding of financial products such as Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options, etc.

• Technical or quantitative background (e.g., Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Mathematics).

• Ability to grasp trading logic and risk methodologies, and convert them into product specifications.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with global stakeholders and international partners.
