
Product Manager – Strategic Partner Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of the success of a targeted portfolio of strategic Partners.
• Ensure that each partnership results in a high-quality integration that developers utilize and that is continuously refined.
• Regularly communicate with developers utilizing the integrations to identify real-world issues.
• Develop product roadmaps based on developer input instead of Partner requests.
• Determine the suitable integration model, including ownership, collaborative development, and open or Partner-agnostic components.
• Collaborate closely with Partner product and engineering teams to deliver integrations.
• Engage in architecture reviews and discussions at the code level.
• Convert strategy into successfully deployed, high-quality integrations.
• Establish integration quality standards and create documentation, tools, guardrails, and versioning systems.
• Define and evaluate integration success through developer adoption, integration quality, and real-world dependability.
• Utilize performance indicators to guide Partner investment and future integration strategy.
• Over 7 years of product management experience with developer tools, or experience as a former founder with strong product instincts.
• Technical proficiency in reading architecture documents, engaging in design conversations, and posing informed inquiries.
• Proven experience in delivering integration or platform surfaces that other companies' systems can build upon.
• Experience managing APIs, authentication or identity flows, or developer-facing platform surfaces from start to finish.
• Ability to reason about authentication, data exchange, openness, strictness, and trust among independent systems.
• Preference for speed and iterative delivery while ensuring security.
• Hands-on experience with Supabase surfaces, including authentication flows, Data API, database deployment, and product integrations.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools for research, drafting, and synthesizing feedback.
• Ability to work asynchronously by default.
• Applicants must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area and be willing to travel, as specified by the application requirements.
