Product Manager, Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a specialized Product Manager for supply chain management products, which encompass planning, replenishment, order placement, distribution, and collaboration between manufacturers and retailers.

• Enhance the product's technical standards and maturity, facilitating scalability and modernization across platforms with a robust customer base and significant customization.

• Collaborate with Development, Data, Implementation/Onboarding, and Customer Success teams to develop and continuously improve the product.

• Convert the product evolution strategy into a prioritized roadmap that emphasizes measurable impacts for both customers and the business.

• Compile the justification for product architecture evolution into documents for technical teams, the executive committee, and partner functions.

• Establish and maintain ongoing discovery with customers in production, translating insights into a prioritized backlog.

• Oversee collaborative modules between manufacturers and retailers in production and implementation, identifying friction points, commercial risks, and gaps in implementation.

• Assist Development in prioritizing areas that may intersect across squads, preventing rework and addressing gaps in technical ownership.

• Develop and monitor metrics related to adoption, engagement, and value generation.

• Elevate the standard of product practices through analytical precision, disciplined discovery, and effective executive communication.

• Partner with Design to define the user experience for replenishment and order placement workflows.

• Investigate the application of AI in the product discovery and development process.

• Evaluate opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into the product for end users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Product Manager in intricate B2B products, involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• Understanding of collaborative business models within supply chain links, including manufacturer-retailer and manufacturer-distributor models.

• Experience with products that have a substantial data component.

• Capability to translate product needs into data requirements, even in the absence of a dedicated Data team.

• Proficiency in transforming operational field knowledge from various areas into structured product artifacts.

• Ability to create evidence-based narratives for various audiences, including executive committees and leadership teams.

• Adequate seniority to act as a product technical reference and enhance product maturity.

• Plus: experience with supply chain platforms such as DRP, VMI, CMI, S&OP, or similar solutions.

• Plus: experience in modernizing or migrating legacy architectures.

• Plus: experience with Data squads, recommendation engines, demand forecasting, and automated parameterization.

• Plus: background in retail, distribution, or the consumer goods sector.

• Plus: familiarity with Lean Inception, wave sequencing, or agile discovery frameworks applied to B2B products.

• Plus: examples of AI use cases in product development and customer-facing products or features.
