This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establish the global vision, strategy, and roadmap for Digital Intelligence encompassing web, mobile, and API products.
• Define the collection, scoring, and delivery processes for device, behavioral, agent, and network-risk signals.
• Oversee the SDK, tag, mobile collection, and API roadmap, which includes versioning, migration, and deprecation practices.
• Direct the detection strategy for bot abuse, account takeovers, synthetic identities, and new-account fraud.
• Enhance agent intelligence by distinguishing between legitimate automated agents, genuine users, and harmful automation.
• Lead a multi-region product management team and coordinate with global partners on roadmap priorities, governance, and product standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Privacy, Legal, and go-to-market teams.
• Balance considerations of coverage, accuracy, latency, consent, and regulatory compliance across various markets.
• Take responsibility for portfolio adoption, retention, attributable revenue, pricing, and packaging.
• Utilize AI-assisted discovery, prototyping, and evaluation techniques to enhance product decisions and delivery.
• Report directly to the Senior Vice President of Product Management.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading product teams or product leaders.
• Proven track record in overseeing or developing a device intelligence, device-fingerprinting, or SDK-based signal product at scale.
• Experience in building device and network-risk capabilities, including device reputation or fingerprinting and risk signals related to IP, proxy, VPN, TOR, connection, or ASN.
• Practical product experience with behavioral and device signals, such as spoofing, emulator, virtual-machine, or headless-browser detection, and ensuring signal stability over time.
• Background in fraud prevention, focusing on bot abuse, account takeover, synthetic identity, or new-account fraud.
• Experience in defining or assessing AI-powered product capabilities, including agent or tool-use workflows, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and human oversight.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed product, engineering, data science, legal/privacy, and go-to-market teams.
• Proven ability to manage commercial outcomes such as adoption, retention, revenue, pricing, or packaging.
