Product Manager – Spark

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product strategy and roadmap for Spark initiatives from MVP to general availability.

• Ensure that Spark is seamless for agents and the platforms they operate on.

• Outline the transition from experimentation to production, covering project claiming, upgrades, and integration into the complete Supabase platform.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Growth, and Finance to define packaging and pricing strategies.

• Engage with Supabase for Platforms customers to comprehend their requirements and prioritize Spark adoption accordingly.

• Establish success metrics and instrument the product comprehensively.

• Leverage data to inform future product enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience in developer tools or infrastructure, or experience as a former founder with keen product insights.

• A solid understanding of agent-driven development and the backend necessities for developers and platforms.

• Familiarity with AI evaluations, controlled experiments, and data analysis techniques.

• A strong inclination towards shipping, learning, and rapid iteration.

• Practical experience in product development.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for research, drafting, and feedback synthesis.

• Capability to operate asynchronously and make decisions through written communication.

• Interest or experience in open-source ecosystems.

• Ability to thrive in a fully remote, globally distributed team environment.
