Product Manager, Reusable KYB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Reusable KYB product and ensure its successful adoption and performance.

• Engage with B2B clients to identify real-world challenges and translate insights into product enhancements.

• Determine and prioritize initiatives that enhance usage, deliver value, and improve customer outcomes.

• Make product decisions driven by goals, data analysis, and direct feedback from customers.

• Balance exploration and execution to develop the right capabilities at optimal times.

• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to implement significant and measurable improvements.

• Design and synchronize the product roadmap with the larger Reusable team objectives.

• Address the feature gap between Reusable KYC and KYB solutions.

• Innovate corporate identity wallets, reliance networks, and universal business profiles.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in B2B Product Management within RegTech, FinTech, Crypto, Digital Identity, or other regulated software sectors.

• Demonstrated success in validating customer issues through direct feedback and converting qualitative insights into quantifiable product adoption.

• Proficient in discussing backend technical concepts such as REST APIs, tokens, webhooks, microservices, and digital wallet frameworks.

• Strong understanding of the B2B RegTech ecosystem, including market trends, competitor strategies, and customer onboarding challenges.

• Capability to define a multi-quarter strategic vision while executing daily tasks with engineering to fulfill sprint commitments.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Familiarity or awareness of GLEIF, eIDAS 2.0, VASP / Travel Rule, or recognized Reliance KYC/KYB models is a plus.

• Practical experience in digital wallet product design, credential management, or decentralized identity frameworks is an advantage.
