📋 Description

• Regularly interact with both internal and external customers to gain insights into their use cases, business operations, and competitive environments.

• Develop and maintain KPI reporting and analytics to track product adoption, customer engagement, operational performance, and strategic objectives.

• Create feedback mechanisms to measure and report on the effectiveness of platform initiatives.

• Assist sales teams, internal stakeholders, and customers in understanding the capabilities, value proposition, and future direction of the Property Intelligence platform.

• Collect data from various internal and external sources to support commercially viable product and organizational decision-making.

• Establish and maintain agentic workflows that aid the broader product management team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound understanding of agile product development and iterative delivery methodologies.

• Proven experience in gathering customer feedback and converting customer requests into actionable requirements and product insights.

• Strong analytical abilities and a comfort level with working on product metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.

• Preferred experience in creating or maintaining dashboards, KPI reporting, or product analytics.

• Capability to comprehend technical concepts, including APIs, SaaS applications, system integrations, and data structures.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and function efficiently in ambiguous settings.

• Experience in insurance, property technology, claims, risk intelligence, AI, or agentic workflows is an advantage.
