Product Manager, Project Management Skills

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product requirements, user stories, backlog prioritization, and the development of the product roadmap.

• Collect feedback from clients and stakeholders, comprehend business needs, and pinpoint high-impact product opportunities.

• Lead A/B testing initiatives, implement feature flags, collect data, and make product decisions based on ROI.

• Develop user flows and low-fidelity wireframes to effectively communicate product requirements.

• Coordinate team efforts, oversee sprints, manage dependencies, address blockers, and ensure timely delivery of releases.

• Collaborate with the CTO and engineering teams to address product and technical trade-offs while aligning priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Russian.

• Extensive experience in software Product Management coupled with practical skills in Project Management or Business Analysis.

• Familiarity with product discovery, user stories, roadmaps, prioritization, A/B testing, and data-driven product decision-making.

• Practical experience in creating user flows and low-fidelity wireframes using tools like Figma, Miro, Balsamiq, FigJam, Whimsical, or similar platforms.

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional delivery.

• Ability to engage directly with clients, CTOs, engineers, and business stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, B2B SaaS, or regulated industries is preferred.

• Willingness to work during EST hours.
