Product Manager – Project Management Skills

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product requirements, user stories, backlog prioritization, and roadmap creation.

• Collect feedback from clients and stakeholders, comprehend business needs, and pinpoint high-impact product opportunities.

• Lead A/B testing, implement feature flags, gather data, and make product decisions based on ROI.

• Develop user flows and low-fidelity wireframes to effectively communicate product requirements.

• Coordinate teams and manage sprints, dependencies, blockers, and releases to ensure timely delivery.

• Collaborate directly with the CTO and engineers to address product and technical trade-offs and align priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Russian language.

• Extensive experience in software Product Management.

• Practical skills in Project Management or Business Analysis.

• Familiarity with product discovery, user stories, roadmaps, prioritization, A/B testing, and data-driven product decisions.

• Hands-on experience in creating user flows and low-fidelity wireframes using tools like Figma, Miro, Balsamiq, FigJam, Whimsical, or similar.

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional delivery.

• Comfortable engaging directly with clients, CTOs, engineers, and business stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Experience in Fintech, payments, banking, B2B SaaS, or regulated industries is preferred.

• Availability to work during EST hours.
