This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Information Management (PIM) domain.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to execute the PIM roadmap on a daily basis.
• Identify and prioritize product enhancements based on business requirements, customer impact, and technical viability.
• Oversee product attributes and specifications, taxonomy and classification, enrichment workflows, content governance, data quality and completeness, as well as downstream syndication.
• Engage with merchandising, marketing, engineering, sales, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Convert business challenges and operational hurdles into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in accordance with the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams throughout the development, testing, and release cycles.
• Set and monitor product data quality standards while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance product data workflows, automation, governance, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
• Convey roadmap priorities, delivery progress, dependencies, and business outcomes to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, or Product Owner with PIM, Product Master Data, or similar enterprise data platforms.
• Adept at owning or managing a PIM platform that includes product attributes, taxonomy, enrichment, workflows, and downstream syndication.
• Strong comprehension of product data quality, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Experience in developing and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Proven track record of closely partnering with software engineering teams.
• Capability to translate business requirements and operational challenges into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise PIM platforms like Salsify, Akeneo, Informatica PIM, Stibo Systems, Pimcore, or similar solutions.
• Background in integrating PIM with e-commerce, CRM, ERP, DAM, CPQ, search, or other downstream platforms.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, B2B commerce, or product-centric organizations.
• Understanding of digital commerce and product discovery experiences.
• Experience in defining KPIs related to product data quality, completeness, enrichment, adoption, and downstream consumption.
