Product Manager – Procure-to-Pay

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Procure-to-Pay domain, which includes procurement, vendor management, AP automation, invoice capture, approvals, and payments.

• Report directly to the Director of Product and oversee the complete product lifecycle from initial discovery to launch and continuous monitoring of live feature performance.

• Convert AP and procurement workflows into user-friendly software developed natively on Oracle NetSuite.

• Establish product vision and strategy grounded in market and customer research.

• Set OKRs and prioritize features, enhancements, issues, and technical debt.

• Guide development in collaboration with Engineering and Design throughout the Agile development lifecycle.

• Integrate Agentic AI for tasks such as invoice coding, matching, exception handling, and approval routing.

• Create AI guardrails, confidence thresholds, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.

• Prototype with AI and translate successful ideas into requirements, user stories, and quality assessments.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to formulate go-to-market strategies and enablement efforts.

• Ensure that product logic adheres to global financial and tax compliance standards.

• Track performance and iterate based on data analysis and customer feedback.

• Uphold an intuitive user experience for complex NetSuite workflows.

• Manage backlog, align stakeholders, conduct UAT, and facilitate internal training.

• Utilize AI tools to synthesize customer feedback from Support and Sales.

• Assess third-party integrations and assist in reducing technical debt.

⛳️ Requirements

• AI-native; engages with AI on a daily basis and has successfully launched AI/agentic features in a production environment.

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management within Fintech, ERP, or B2B SaaS, with direct accountability for P2P/AP/procurement.

• Practical finance experience as a practitioner or close collaborator with AP, procurement, or controllership teams.

• A proven history of guiding roadmaps from the discovery phase to launch.

• Experience managing a live, large-scale product while balancing new initiatives, defects, escalations, and technical debt.

• Strong Agile/Scrum capabilities and familiarity with tools like Jira or Productboard.

• Demonstrated success in fully remote, asynchronous, globally distributed teams.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify compliance logic into user-friendly software.

• Preferred: experience with Oracle NetSuite or a similar native ERP platform.

• Preferred: familiarity with Coupa, Ariba, Bill.com, Tipalti, AvidXchange, Ramp, and OCR/document capture technologies.

• Preferred: understanding of VAT/GST/Sales Tax regulations across various jurisdictions.

• Preferred: finance/accounting/procurement certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPIM.

• Preferred: experience in scaling products within Series C–D funding environments.
