Product Manager – Procure-to-Pay

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and implementation for the Procure-to-Pay domain, which includes procurement, vendor management, AP automation, invoice capture, approvals, and payments.

• Transform intricate AP/procurement workflows into user-friendly software that is natively built on Oracle NetSuite.

• Establish the product vision and strategy supported by thorough market and customer research.

• Set OKRs and prioritize features, enhancements, defects, and technical debt effectively.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams throughout the Agile development lifecycle.

• Facilitate the integration of Agentic AI for invoice coding, matching, exception handling, and routing of approvals.

• Develop AI guardrails, confidence thresholds, and checkpoints for human involvement.

• Create prototypes using AI and translate successful concepts into requirements, user stories, and quality assessments.

• Work alongside Sales and Marketing on the go-to-market strategy and enablement initiatives.

• Ensure that product logic adheres to global financial and tax compliance standards.

• Track performance and make iterative improvements based on data and customer insights.

• Safeguard user experience for complex workflows within NetSuite.

• Oversee backlog management, stakeholder alignment, user acceptance testing (UAT), and internal training.

• Utilize AI tools to distill customer feedback from Support and Sales teams.

• Assess third-party integrations and assist in reducing technical debt.

• Report directly to the Director of Product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in AI; builds with AI regularly and has successfully delivered AI/agentic features to production.

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management within Fintech, ERP, or B2B SaaS, with direct responsibility for P2P/AP/procurement.

• Practical finance experience as a practitioner or a close collaborator with AP/procurement/controllership teams.

• Proven history of guiding roadmaps from discovery through to launch.

• Experience managing a live product at scale while effectively balancing new work, defects, escalations, and technical debt.

• Strong Agile/Scrum expertise and familiarity with tools like Jira or Productboard.

• Demonstrated success in fully remote, asynchronous, globally distributed teams.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify compliance logic into user-friendly software.

• Preferred: Experience with Oracle NetSuite or a similar native ERP platform.

• Preferred: Familiarity with P2P/spend tools such as Coupa, Ariba, Bill.com, Tipalti, AvidXchange, and Ramp, including OCR/document capture.

• Preferred: Knowledge of multi-jurisdictional tax logic, including VAT/GST/Sales Tax.

• Preferred: Finance/accounting/procurement certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPIM.

• Preferred: Experience in scaling products within high-growth Series C–D environments.
