This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete platform, encompassing subscriptions, catalog management, pricing, billing, and monetization strategies.
• Develop enablement tools and configuration interfaces that empower categories to launch products swiftly and securely.
• Identify capabilities that lack a designated owner and ensure they are assigned, assessed, and prioritized.
• Determine when the development of general reusable capabilities is justified versus when a tailored solution is necessary.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to integrate AI into the core of the platform.
• Work alongside clinical, finance, and compliance departments to embed safety, revenue integrity, and regulatory standards within the platform.
• Establish the vision and create the groundwork for a global headless platform.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Product Management, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience managing platform, systems, or infrastructure products that serve other teams as customers.
• Familiarity with subscriptions, cataloging, pricing, billing, or monetization is advantageous.
• Background in a consumer-focused product role.
• Experience in health, wellness, or groundbreaking product categories is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in creating platforms that teams are eager to work on, with a focus on the speed of delivery.
• History of securing ownership, estimation, and scheduling of work without having organizational authority to enforce it.
• Ability to assess when to develop reusable capabilities versus when to create specific solutions.
• Proficient in an AI-native operating environment, showcasing the use of agents and workflows.
• Strategic and tactical experience in designing, building, and implementing scalable processes and systems from the ground up.
• Ideally, experience in a high-operations environment.
