Product Manager, Patient Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for patient engagement solutions.

• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and go-to-market, ensuring alignment among stakeholders on execution plans.

• Conduct customer and market research to identify pain points and convert them into actionable product requirements.

• Keep a close watch on the competitive landscape to uncover potential product opportunities.

• Partner with go-to-market teams to effectively package, market, and launch new features.

• Implement product analytics and success metrics to assess feature impact and pinpoint user friction.

• Ensure that capabilities comply with security, data privacy, and HIPAA standards.

• Utilize AI tools internally and assess AI capabilities for potential integration into the core product.

• Maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and documentation that detail roadmap milestones, technical specifications, and trade-offs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management.

• Background in rapidly growing B2B or B2B2C startups.

• Demonstrated experience in developing complex software solutions.

• Proven history of delivering workflow automation, conversational AI, messaging/CRM, or marketing engagement platforms.

• Capability to lead and synchronize engineering, design, and business partners on intricate 0-to-1 features.

• Proficiency with product analytics platforms.

• Comfort with using contemporary AI tools for research, prototyping, and decision-making processes.

• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as HIPAA concerning sensitive production data.

• Outstanding communication skills, a strong curiosity about the domain, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
