Product Manager, Order-to-Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define the roadmap for Order-to-Cash encompassing order management, billing, invoicing, payments, collections, revenue recognition, tax, reporting, and finance operations.

• Act as the subject matter expert for Order-to-Cash across essential business and technology platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to outline requirements, prioritize tasks, and achieve scalable results.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with corporate strategy, finance transformation, customer experience, revenue operations, and migration objectives.

• Balance investments in legacy systems with transformative initiatives by funding enhancements that yield measurable value, mitigate risk, or enhance migration readiness.

• Advance the Order-to-Cash operating model by simplifying processes, clarifying responsibilities, enhancing handoffs, minimizing manual efforts, and bolstering governance.

• Lead the alignment of requirements and solutions from order submission through invoicing, payment, collections, revenue recognition, tax, and reporting.

• Ensure consistency and traceability of order, invoice, payment, credit memo, customer, tax, receivables, and revenue data across integrations.

• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations involving Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite, Gr4vy, GoCardless, OneSource, Snowflake, GetPaid, MuleSoft, and Oracle Integration Cloud.

• Assist in the transition from legacy NetSuite Order-to-Cash capabilities to the Salesforce and Oracle ecosystem while ensuring business continuity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of Managed Service Providers (MSPs), subscription and usage-based models, customer lifecycle processes, and Corporate/BIS systems.

• Subject matter expertise in Salesforce, NetSuite, GetPaid, Oracle ERP/Fusion, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, RightRev, MuleSoft/OIC, Gr4vy/GoCardless, OneSource, Snowflake, and related applications.

• Familiarity with order management, billing, invoicing, payments, collections, revenue recognition, tax, reporting, and finance operations.

• Capability to convert complex processes into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and testable outcomes.

• Proficiency in managing and prioritizing a product backlog.

• Ability to collaborate with Finance, Billing, Collections, Revenue and Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and IT departments.

• Competence in supporting the migration from legacy NetSuite O2C capabilities to the Salesforce and Oracle ecosystem while ensuring business continuity.
