This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Take full ownership of the Orchestrator, overseeing the entire process from market research and customer validation to adoption, iteration, and long-term business outcomes.
• Establish the primary target audience for each product initiative while safeguarding that focus as various requests, edge cases, and new opportunities arise.
• Detect problems that need resolution and convert signal detection, decision-making, and action into a clear product strategy.
• Determine value, feasibility, prioritization, success metrics, and initial adoption triggers.
• Track adoption and actual usage post-launch, applying insights to enhance the product and influence future projects.
• Ensure coherence, predictability, and trustworthiness in signal types, decision logic, and external integrations.
• Collaborate with Product Design on user experience, initial user journey, and product-side enablement.
• Work alongside the Product Engineering Lead to develop technically sound and practical solutions.
• Prioritize effectively and make decisive judgments in complex and ambiguous scenarios.
• Uphold a high standard of product quality.
• Manage the target customer, problem definition, intended outcomes, value assessment, feasibility, prioritization, adoption, and business results.
• Shape solution concepts without being responsible for solution architecture, implementation, or product enablement execution.
• Extensive experience at a senior level managing intricate B2B SaaS products, with definitive ownership of a product area or significant initiatives.
• Strong product judgment with the capability to make well-informed trade-offs in uncertain environments.
• Practical experience utilizing AI tools in day-to-day product operations.
• Aptitude for simplifying complexity and transforming customer insights, data, and technical constraints into clear product decisions.
• Profound curiosity about users and markets, with a tendency to build conviction through direct evidence.
• Comfort in technical domains, possessing credibility with technical users and engineering collaborators.
• A tendency to focus and deliver narrowly to facilitate rapid learning.
• Proven experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivation to create products that address real-world issues and drive usage.
• Familiarity with third-party integrations, particularly CRM, Sales Engagement, or conferencing platforms (preferred).
• Knowledge of lead routing, distribution, or assignment logic (preferred).
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (preferred).
• Background in building enterprise-level, data-intensive SaaS products (preferred).
• Experience in developing or launching with Claude or similar products (preferred).
• Ability to participate in the weekly all-hands meeting via Zoom.
