This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of essential aspects of the membership lifecycle from start to finish, which includes onboarding, activation, payments, subscriptions, and reactivation.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of membership and payment funnels, leveraging data to uncover opportunities, address issues, and enhance conversion and reliability.
• Design and refine payment experiences through Apple in-app purchases as well as third-party payment providers.
• Recognize challenges and opportunities throughout the member journey, driving efforts towards effective resolutions.
• Manage the roadmap and execution for the product area, overseeing problem identification, prioritization, launch, and iterative improvements.
• Lead a cross-functional team that includes engineering, design, and data, fostering clarity, making trade-offs, and pushing initiatives forward.
• Over 4 years of product management experience, with considerable expertise in guiding the daily operations of cross-functional engineering teams.
• Proven experience in managing consumer subscription products and the associated funnels that facilitate activation, conversion, retention, or reactivation.
• Extensive production experience with Apple StoreKit payments and subscriptions for iOS consumer products.
• Hands-on experience with third-party payments and subscriptions, preferably with Stripe, for B2C subscription offerings.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, including collaboration with engineers on intricate payment systems and utilizing funnel data to identify issues and assess impact.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex products from strategic planning to meticulous execution, consistently fulfilling commitments.
• A proactive approach, a robust ownership mindset, and a readiness to delve into the details rather than simply overseeing the work.
