Product Manager – Maternity Cover

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assume full responsibility for managing the complete product line lifecycle.

• Develop a strategic roadmap that harmonizes long-term objectives with the flexibility to capitalize on short- and medium-term opportunities, aligning with the overall product strategy for the platform.

• Proactively engage with stakeholders across the organization, whether it's a modification to the roadmap, generating new ideas, or finding solutions to their challenges.

• Foster innovation within your domain by focusing on key metrics, staying current with trends in real estate and technology, and evaluating the potential of new opportunities to help Ukio reach our objectives.

• Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to uphold a well-maintained, prioritized backlog that adapts to shifting business needs and ensures a consistent flow of clearly defined work that aligns with the team's delivery capacity.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess over 3 years of experience in product management roles.

• You have managed or hold a strong interest in internal-facing products aimed at enhancing efficiency for internal teams.

• You recognize how internal products can significantly enhance the overall experience for end customers.

• You are adept at handling complex business logic and navigating diverse stakeholder requirements.

• You are analytical and utilize data to inform your decisions; basic SQL proficiency is a considerable advantage.

• You are interested in utilizing AI tools or automation to augment product capabilities or streamline internal processes.

• You have a proven track record in defining, scoping, and successfully executing complex projects.

• You excel at managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• You communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively in English, adeptly explaining intricate details to senior stakeholders or collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.

• Ideally, you have gained this experience in a technology-oriented company where technology is central to driving business success.
