This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of and implement the Profit Share program.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Common Share Dividends, Investment Share Dividends, and Patronage payouts.
• Provide strategic recommendations for the development of the comprehensive loyalty strategy.
• Ensure that the loyalty strategy aligns with the Value Proposition and targeted member segments.
• Coordinate campaigns aimed at members and employees that support Profit Share and deposit-gathering initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams in Marketing, Communications, Sales Effectiveness, Operations, and delivery.
• Suggest enhancements for existing Profit Share and deposit-gathering initiatives.
• Utilize available data to assess, evaluate, and enhance program outcomes.
• Implement, refine, and measure the application of the value proposition and target member segments within member lifecycle strategies.
• Utilize contemporary banking product planning, customer journeys, and product development methodologies.
• Monitor and assess market trends and competitive dynamics.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities or improvements for current programs.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management, loyalty marketing, CRM, or partnership management.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding and experience in customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
• Proven ability to identify performance gaps and develop cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable growth.
• Comprehensive knowledge of modern analytical tools, methodologies, and presentation formats.
• Excellent skills in negotiation, relationship management, and communication.
• Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in leading campaign portfolios or managing complex, multi-channel initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of competitor credit unions/financial institutions, retail banking products, and the loyalty and sponsorship/partnership landscape in Canada.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to interpret performance trends, competitor activity, and financial implications.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple initiatives at once.
• Ability to influence across departments and align stakeholders with shared growth objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity using sound judgment, data, and cross-functional insights.
• The selected candidate must successfully pass a criminal background check, reference check, and credit check.
