Product Manager – Learning Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Perform product discovery and research utilizing qualitative methods along with behavioral and usage data.

• Take ownership of and enhance the vision and strategy for an exceptional cybersecurity learning experience, incorporating impactful AI advancements.

• Determine when AI should suggest, automate, or refrain from action, while delivering clear user affordances.

• Collaborate with design and AI tools to prototype and brainstorm enhancements to the learning experience.

• Establish product requirements for AI-driven features and collaborate with engineering to bring them to fruition.

• Work alongside founders and leadership to shape concepts and influence the overall product strategy at the company level.

• Lead the cross-functional team throughout the entire process, ensuring that sprints are effectively planned and executed on time.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders, facilitating development and product validation.

• Design and conduct A/B experiments to assess ideas and validate hypotheses.

• Represent the Learning Experience in company-wide roadmap planning and leadership reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience in SaaS/software, demonstrating strong ownership of a product area.

• A proven history of launching and scaling complex, high-impact 0–1 features from vague problem statements to measurable outcomes.

• Strong expertise in AI products, encompassing tool/model selection, workflow design, and assessing AI features for quality, accuracy, and edge cases.

• Excellent product leadership abilities, including data analysis, user research, writing, feature lifecycle management, and leveraging insights for product decisions.

• Highly autonomous and organized, with a background in managing multiple projects and sprints; adept at prioritizing, maintaining backlogs and documentation, and driving execution from discovery to delivery.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and discovery capabilities; capable of influencing senior leadership, conducting product discovery and workshops, and aligning cross-functional teams around priorities and results.

• Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy and influencing senior stakeholders and leadership.

• Preferred: experience in EdTech or learning products, with a solid understanding of pedagogy and instructional design.

• Preferred: experience conducting experiments for SaaS businesses at various stages of the growth funnel.

• A passion for cybersecurity.

• Preferred: experience in game development.
