Product Manager Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist Product Managers in identifying and gathering requirements for the development and launch of features within Businessolver’s AI and customer service technology offerings.

• Perform data analysis and conduct market research on user behavior, virtual assistant support, and trends in HR/benefits to guide product decisions.

• Collect and evaluate product metrics to analyze feature performance and determine their impact on the member experience.

• Test and verify functionality to guarantee high-quality releases and enhance the user experience.

• Engage in daily scrum ceremonies and planning meetings.

• Work collaboratively across various teams, including Product Managers, Software and Machine Learning Engineers, Computational Linguists, UX Designers, and Business Partners, to provide comprehensive product features.

• Acquire practical experience in conversational AI, user-centric product design, and internal tools that support millions of member interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong desire to build a career in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Engineering.

• Proven experience or comfort level with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in academic, professional, or personal contexts.

• An inquisitive mindset about leveraging Generative AI to enhance user experience, automate processes, or drive product innovation.

• Proficiency in analyzing and auditing data using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Python).

• A collaborative team player with a history of working effectively with a diverse range of individuals from various technical and non-technical backgrounds.

• Strongly collaborative and data-driven, with the ability to tackle complex problems.

• A genuine enthusiasm for learning, problem-solving, and seeking solutions.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management abilities.

• A commitment of at least 6 months is required.
