This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership and publish product roadmaps focused on outcomes for a 90-day period.
β’ Perform user research and workflow analysis in collaboration with internal teams.
β’ Monitor adoption rates, cycle times, manual processes, and hours saved to inform prioritization.
β’ Manage the lifecycle of internal tools, addressing adoption, consolidation, and retirement.
β’ Present challenges to the Engineering team and collaborate on designing effective solutions.
β’ Prioritize and manage the backlog, including initiatives, features, user stories, and business metrics.
β’ Draft and approve acceptance criteria, accept completed work, and negotiate trade-offs in sprint scope.
β’ Prototype, configure, test, and conduct low-cost experiments prior to full-scale builds.
β’ Lead refinement sessions, planning meetings, and reviews.
β’ Oversee release strategy and scheduling.
β’ Assess product progress and convert data insights into actionable steps.
β’ Proactively align with teams utilizing internal tools, ensuring decisions and trade-offs are transparent.
β’ Support new revenue models, flexible payment alternatives, and expansion into new markets.
β’ Promote internal product adoption through announcements, training sessions, and feedback mechanisms.
β’ Manage AI tools and capabilities as a product, conducting experiments and phasing out ineffective solutions.
β’ Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and internal teams to establish direction and evaluate business impact.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably focused on internal platforms, business systems, or operational tools.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in owning an outcome-oriented roadmap while maintaining stability amidst shifting priorities across teams.
β’ Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a significant advantage.
β’ Professional working knowledge and practical experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM as a product surface, rather than just as a user.
β’ Experience in building or managing workflows, objects, and automation relied upon by other teams.
β’ Proven history of eliminating manual tasks with measurable cost-saving outcomes: hours saved, steps reduced, errors eradicated.
β’ Ability to operate effectively with incomplete information and create structure from diverse needs.
β’ Comfortable taking ownership of both the problem and the delivery, including conducting refinement sessions and accepting completed work.
β’ Technically adept and capable of partnering with Engineering on integrations, data, and constraints.
β’ Possess an adaptive, empathetic, collaborative, and positive attitude.
