Product Manager Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Assume full responsibility for YouTube channel initiatives from conception to analysis of results.

• Create and establish YouTube channels targeting English-speaking audiences.

• Conduct research on keywords, search intent, competitors, and content opportunities.

• Produce videos at scale, including generating ideas, writing scripts, providing voice-overs, designing thumbnails, and managing publishing.

• Develop SEO-focused content strategies aimed at achieving high rankings.

• Remix and repurpose existing content to evaluate different keywords, perspectives, and formats.

• Optimize titles, thumbnails, and hooks based on performance analytics.

• Monitor rankings, CTR, retention, traffic, and conversions.

• Conduct experiments, analyze outcomes, and determine the next steps for testing.

• Integrate AI and automation into the workflow process.

• Work within YouTube regulations and the guidelines of a governed iGaming industry.

• Avid YouTube user with a clear understanding of what makes certain videos successful.

• Comfortable with testing hypotheses as opposed to relying on assumptions.

• Familiar with numerical data and capable of learning from setbacks.

• Self-motivated and eager to resolve challenges independently.

• Some experience in video editing or content creation is preferred.

• Basic understanding of SEO or a genuine interest in acquiring this knowledge.

• Already utilizes AI tools and enjoys experimenting with new technologies.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• Strong advantage: experience managing a YouTube channel, website, social media account, or personal content project.
