This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recognize customer requirements, market trends, and areas for enhancement within the Intelligent Document Processing product domain
• Manage designated segments of the product backlog
• Assist in the product roadmap and translate the product vision into tangible tasks
• Evaluate market possibilities utilizing industry data and internal insights
• Provide recommendations for prioritization and contribute to business cases
• Collect data, clarify specifications, and aid in assessing options
• Help prioritize the backlog in alignment with program and business goals
• Work collaboratively with engineering, UX, and technical leadership to refine specifications
• Engage in launch readiness activities alongside Marketing, Services, Support, Enablement, and Training teams
• Establish and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and collect feedback
• Assist in delivering training sessions or demonstrations under the guidance of senior product managers
• Create and maintain resources for internal and customer-facing audiences regarding new features and product updates
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and share findings across cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience in technology product management, encompassing the entire product lifecycle from inception to launch
• Experience in leveraging data-driven insights to inform business or product strategies
• Familiarity with business and spend analytics or product performance measurements
• Comprehensive understanding of technology product management
• Proven knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Proficient oral and written communication abilities
• Excellent collaborative skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in system analysis, procedure analysis, and problem-solving
• Capacity to influence and cooperate with team members and stakeholders
• Experience in building and sustaining relationships with internal stakeholders
• Involvement in launch readiness initiatives
• Background in coordinating with Marketing, Services, Support, and Enablement teams
• Experience in facilitating training sessions or demonstrations
• Ability to create and maintain resources for internal and customer-facing audiences related to new features and product updates
