This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the integration product surface area.
• Define and enhance the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for both the integration platform and customer/partner integrations.
• Evaluate business value and prioritize integration tasks based on customer impact, revenue/retention potential, implementation scale, reliability risk, and engineering effort.
• Establish and monitor success metrics, including time-to-integrate, adherence to integration reliability/SLA, error rates, throughput/latency, support burden, and adoption rates.
• Collaborate with Client/Implementation teams and customers/partners to gather integration requirements, constraints, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
• Transform Engineering output into templates, playbooks, reference architectures, and documentation for scalable repeatability.
• Work alongside Operations and Client Success to facilitate adoption by new payer clients and post-acute care partners.
• Craft epics, user stories, and technical requirements that encompass data mapping, edge cases, error handling, security, observability, and support workflows.
• Manage and continuously refine the product backlog for the Integrations Engineering Scrum team.
• Lead or support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint review preparations.
• Coordinate interdependencies across Product, DevOps, InfoSec, Data/Analytics, QA, Implementation, and Support teams.
• Analyze production incidents, integration failures, customer escalations, and operational challenges; prioritize systemic solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership on build-vs-buy decisions and assess long-term maintenance costs.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management.
• Strongly preferred experience with technical products, platform products, or integration-centric products.
• Proven track record in delivering products with significant technical depth, including APIs, data platforms, workflow automation, integration middleware, or developer-oriented features.
• History of productizing and scaling technical capabilities by converting unique customer solutions into repeatable, reusable product components.
• Ability to confidently engage with senior external stakeholders, including payer CIOs and CMOs, health-system executives, and partner VPs.
• Preferred experience in healthcare technology, including clinical data flows, payer authorization files, ADT feeds, and HIPAA-compliant environments.
• Technical fluency adequate to interpret API documentation/specifications, data schemas, mapping files, logs, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with healthcare data exchange standards such as HL7 v2, FHIR, X12/EDI, and SFTP file exchanges.
• Experience with automation methods, such as RPA, is a plus.
• Proficient in using data for decision-making; basic SQL skills and/or relevant experience.
