This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete lifecycle of Expel's integrations, from formulating a six-month vision to executing it alongside Engineering and UX teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers and leverage their feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to create and prioritize a roadmap that maximizes impact.
• Act as the advocate for product features by clearly communicating their value to Sales, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders.
• Work in partnership with Product Marketing to effectively convey the value of integrations both internally and externally.
• Strategically plan, prioritize, and manage a roadmap while fostering relationships and becoming the go-to authority on customer product usage.
• Stay informed about the security tool landscape and convert that knowledge into a roadmap that enhances customer safety.
• 2–4 years of experience in product management or a closely related role; experience in the security industry is highly preferred.
• Understanding of product management and software engineering processes, from defining requirements to launch.
• Familiarity with security tools such as EDR, SIEM, and firewall products, and their functions within a customer's security infrastructure.
• Comprehensive knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments, including associated security risks.
• Experience with SIEM technologies is highly valued; direct experience with integrations or data pipelines is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including crafting clear user stories and delivering presentations to customers.
• Capability to establish trust across Engineering, Security Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and UX teams.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
