📋 Description

• Take charge of the product roadmap for enterprise identity and multi-user functionalities, which encompass RBAC, organization management, SSO/SAML, domain claiming, and SCIM/JIT provisioning.

• Spearhead the authentication, authorization, and account-security strategy for both consumer and business clients at scale.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, security, legal, privacy, CX, and international stakeholders to navigate complex launch milestones.

• Work alongside Security and Engineering to pinpoint vulnerabilities, outline mitigations, and set operational guardrails for privileged-access workflows.

• Define the long-term platform vision for identity primitives that support new business verticals and Coinbase’s custodial product offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 2 years concentrating on identity, authentication, enterprise SaaS, or platform products.

• Demonstrated success in launching RBAC, SSO, MFA, or provisioning systems at scale in a B2B or multi-tenant setting.

• Capability to convert intricate security and technical requirements into clear product strategies and user-friendly experiences.

• Experience in leading launches that involve security, privacy, legal, compliance, and customer-support stakeholders.

• Proficiency in OAuth, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, session management, and domain ownership concepts, without needing direct engineering involvement.

• Responsible utilization of generative AI with human oversight to produce business-ready outputs and enhance workflow efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality improvements.
