Product Manager II, FinTech – Earnings

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Rotate between the Fintech & Earnings teams as necessary, taking responsibility for the most critical challenges within the vertical.

• Manage roadmaps, PRDs, and experimental plans related to contribution profit, Super+ conversion, and customer retention.

• Develop functional prototypes using Claude Code or similar technologies.

• Release minor features and experiments to production when suitable.

• Utilize AI for research synthesis, Amplitude and Snowflake analysis, opportunity assessment, and plan evaluation.

• Collaborate with product design, product marketing, research, and growth teams.

• Work alongside Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to introduce transparent and equitable financial products.

• Transfer documented decisions, experiment outcomes, and roadmaps when switching teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience, preferably focused on consumer products in a startup or rapidly growing company.

• Practical experience in building with AI coding tools like Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, or Cursor, including prototypes or features interacted with by users.

• Daily engagement with AI tools such as Claude for strategy formulation, ideation, and analysis, demonstrating sound judgment in evaluating outputs before implementation.

• Proven ability to quickly adapt to new product domains and achieve measurable outcomes within a single quarter.

• Proficient in using tools like Amplitude to design experiments and analyze results.

• Strong writing skills with experience in creating PRDs and experiment documentation.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to discuss architecture and trade-offs with engineering teams.

• Bonus: experience with fintech products, including cash advances, credit building, payments, or earning applications.

• Bonus: experience in launching products within a regulated industry in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.

• Bonus: experience in implementing AI workflows within a team setting.
