Product Manager – iGaming Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and prioritize the backlog for essential platform and compliance-related features.

• Analyze and convert regulatory requirements into product and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to define, document, and prioritize necessary changes.

• Lead the execution of regulation-driven initiatives across various jurisdictions.

• Assist in enhancing core platform features.

• Relay regulatory and product updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Engage in new market launch initiatives, ensuring compliance readiness from the discovery phase to go-live.

• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders during market launches.

• Continuously assess and update existing markets based on regulatory changes.

• Modify product features or workflows to maintain compliance continuity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager in regulated iGaming markets.

• Experience collaborating with B2B platforms or B2C operators.

• Strong technical comprehension.

• Excellent skills in documentation, stakeholder management, and communication.

• Familiarity with prominent gaming jurisdictions such as the Netherlands, Ontario, Sweden, or similar.
