This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and sustain a portfolio pipeline/roadmap, opportunity pipeline, marketing strategy, and product-specific targeting and positioning.
• Implement the Product Lifecycle Management strategy for various product categories.
• Establish pricing that aligns with the marketing strategy and brand positioning.
• Assist in the development of new marketing channels and tools.
• Carry out customer-facing activities such as gathering customer feedback and designing customer-centric solutions.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the new product development process.
• Oversee the design and labeling of packaging while ensuring compliance with regulations for both domestic and international markets.
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on competitive analysis, customer insights, and market research.
• Conduct market research related to competitive offerings, clients, pricing, and industry trends.
• Create project plans and status reports.
• Generate innovative ideas and concepts aimed at enhancing customer experience and product capabilities.
• Advocate for product and solution designs based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with development or vendor teams to exceed customer expectations.
• Monitor, measure, and report on key business metrics while identifying areas for improvement.
• Act as a company resource and technical authority for designated products.
• Support sales and customer support needs for assigned products.
• Engage with customers and participate in industry events.
• Facilitate collaboration between development, marketing, sales, and support functions across the product lifecycle.
• Proficient in project management knowledge and skills.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in product development, project management, sourcing, and vendor negotiations.
• Exceptional public presentation abilities, both internally and externally (customer-facing).
• Capability to lead and engage in cross-functional teams.
• Preferred knowledge of Medical Device Regulations.
• A technical background in product development is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Dental market, including the business aspects of dentistry, is preferred.
• Solid understanding of industry practices.
• Proficient with relevant tools, systems, and procedures.
• Basic planning and organizational skills and techniques.
• Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic conflict resolution abilities.
• Typically possesses 3 to 5 or more years of increasing responsibility in relevant professional experience.
• A Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline is preferred.
• Travel is typically less than 10%.
