This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the roadmap for Rhythm’s customer-facing products, which include enrollment, customer portal, retention, and renewal experiences.
• Facilitate measurable enhancements in conversion and retention, develop success metrics, and report on outcomes.
• Lead initiatives aimed at reducing churn and enhancing retention.
• Utilize customer data, funnel analytics, segmentation, and user feedback to pinpoint high-impact opportunities.
• Track product performance post-launch and make continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing and the Head of Growth to formulate hypotheses and conduct product experiments.
• Design, prioritize, and execute A/B tests across acquisition, enrollment, engagement, and renewal stages.
• Convert experiment outcomes into product decisions and future priorities.
• Establish a consistent experimentation framework that includes defined hypotheses, metrics, results, and subsequent steps.
• Work with Product Design to enhance digital customer experiences.
• Provide final approval on customer-facing designs regarding product workflow and requirements before implementation.
• Balance customer needs with business goals, technical considerations, and measurable results.
• Align Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Care, Analytics, Design, and Engineering teams around key priorities.
• Convert business objectives and customer challenges into product requirements, user stories, workflows, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering throughout the software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
• Communicate strategy, priorities, trade-offs, performance, and recommendations to stakeholders and Executive Leadership.
• Independently manage the Growth & Lifecycle product area and its roadmap.
• A minimum of 3 years of Product Management experience, specifically in growth, lifecycle, retention, or other customer-facing B2C products.
• Proven history of creating and delivering customer-facing experiences that significantly improved conversion, retention, or engagement.
• Practical experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Strong grasp of conversion funnels and the customer behaviors that affect acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and renewal.
• Experience collaborating closely with UI/UX designers.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with a comfort level in utilizing customer and product data.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, including roadmap planning, PRDs, user stories, and Agile delivery.
• Clear, direct, and concise communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently and take full ownership in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
• Preferred: experience in sectors such as retail energy, utilities, subscription services, recurring billing, SaaS, telecom, insurance, or FinTech.
• Preferred: background in Product Marketing or Go-to-Market strategies.
• Preferred: experience in lifecycle analytics, including churn, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), segmentation, and retention cohorts.
• Preferred: knowledge of SQL and data tools like Databricks, Tableau, Google Analytics, or FullStory.
• Preferred: familiarity with experimentation platforms and Figma.
• Preferred: experience in user interviews and integrating qualitative and quantitative data.
