Product Manager, Gift Cart

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Develop the strategy for Gift Cart and convert it into a prioritized roadmap.

• Engage regularly with customers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) while analyzing data alongside the analytics team.

• Create comprehensive specifications that are ready for engineering.

• Guide features from concept to launch in collaboration with design and engineering teams.

• Monitor conversion rates, average gift sizes, error rates, and other key product health indicators.

• Prepare CSMs and Sales teams for product launches.

• Align with stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and any necessary adjustments to plans.

• Oversee the entire Gift Cart process, including strategy, discovery, delivery, adoption, growth, payment integrity, risk management, and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing a product area from start to finish, with accountability for results.

• Capability to articulate and develop a 12–24 month strategy and roadmap.

• Proficiency in data-driven funnel analysis and identifying opportunities for growth.

• Skill in drafting clear engineering specifications that address edge cases.

• A systems thinking approach, with awareness of dependencies and the ability to anticipate impacts.

• Strong understanding of user experience (UX).

• Comfortable collaborating with design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.

• Regular utilization of AI in daily tasks and an understanding of its value addition.

• Proficiency in English (C1 level).

• Experience in a Russian-speaking team environment.
